Wait staff/ Bar staff @ $50 per hour or part thereof Minimum 3 hrs
We recommend the following staff vrs guest numbers:
30 - 40 guests 1 x chef + 1 x Wait staff
40 - 70 guests 1 x chef + 2 x Wait staff
70 - 100 guests 2 x chefs + 2 x Wait staff
100 + guests 2 x chefs + 3 Wait staff
PAYMENT
20% deposit required 10 days prior to event
Balance of full payment required on event day
Cancellation fees:
Free cancellation 10 days prior to the event
50% of deposit payable if cancelled 3-10 days prior to the event
100% deposit payable if cancelled within 3 days prior to the event
